Proper angling, stick checks, positioning, puck protection, proper body contact, proper checking technique, giving and receiving checks along the boards and in open ice, evading checks/contact.

What to Bring
Please pack various snacks and lots of fluids. Over the course of the five days, the players will be pushed extremely hard both on and off the ice. Proper nutrition and sleep for your player is essential to ensure they are mentally and physically prepared for what’s ahead each day.
It is important your player packs his/her hockey bag to ensure their skates are sharpened, sticks are taped, and helmet screws are all tightened.
